CIBBOWS (and Team New York Aquatics (TNYA) ) are pleased to offer our first RAINBOW PRIDE ocean gathering for self-identified LGBTQIA swimmers and allies, on Sunday June 27 at noon, to celebrate the diversity of our community and our common love of open water swimming. No sign-up required. Please come with your rainbow flags and flare, and get ready for fun times with organized group swims led by CIBBOWS group leaders, a short performance by the fabulous Team New York Aquatics (TNYA) synchronistas, and an opportunity to join in and learn the basics of synchronized swimming, led by coach Kirsten Kramer. Grimaldo’s Mile 2021 is sold out!
We are so excited to launch our new 2021 season. Grimaldo’s Mile is happening on July 31, 2021. It is a great race for both beginners to open water racing and seasoned veterans. All safety protocols will be in place and registration will be limited to 150 swimmers. The event is now sold out!
