CIBBOWS in the news – 2025
This summer, CIBBOWS member, and now new Board member, Abby Jordan worked with the New York Amsterdam News reporter Damaso Reyes to shine a spotlight on open water swimming in Brooklyn. The article “In our city of islands, teaching open water swimming is a climate solution” appeared on July 24, 2025.
