Hi, Caroline! And welcome to you and your sister!
There are a few coaches in CIBBOWS, myself being one. I focus mainly on overcoming fear, comfort/navigating in open water, and stroke technique. Another coach, Caroline Matthews, focuses on race training and prep. We both teach private lessons out at Brighton. Kirsten Kramer is an instructor who teaches out of Berkeley Carrol pool in Park Slope if you are looking for a more controlled environment.
