I hoped someone could provide some recommendations on a swimming form coach. I can swim 3-5 miles pretty reliably and am interested in increasing that distance. However, I have recently started having pain in my shoulders and am worried this will prevent me from training for longer swims.
I’ve only had 1-2 swimming lessons in my life, so I think getting some feedback on my form will hopefully address the shoulder pain.
If anyone has any suggestions for coaches or if they themselves have good experience with coaching, I’m open to suggestions. I’m based in NYC and would like feedback on my form (hopefully in the water) and also some dryland exercises to prevent further shoulder injuries.
