As an athlete, I'm a USAT Level 1 Coach as well as a RRCA Certified Coach. I began my endurance "career" in January of 2010 training for a 5 mile race. Second race was the Brooklyn Half and in November completed the NYRR Marathon in under 4 hours. For several years I was a pacer for NYRR Half Marathons. I've participated in 8 marathons (PR 3:21:07), six 70.3 triathlons (PR 5:11:26) and many half marathons and Olympic triathlons. Have been focusing on Olympic distance and participated in the last five National Age Group Championships and represented Team Mexico in World AG Championships since 2016. Personally, I'm semi-retired having spent over 30 years spearheading sponsorship development, online, cable and broadcast media sales, and branded entertainment initiatives across a range of industries. I've had the good fortune to have created significant market disruptions and am currently consulting for Airspeeder, the world's first racing series for manned electric flying cars. I currently live in Brooklyn with my wife of 32 years and our five year old Cavalier King Charles. My oldest son is newlywed and my daughter who is a few years younger officiated the ceremony.
