Ann-Marie teaches a Hatha Yoga class which is accessible to all body types and fitness levels. We follow an arc of warm-ups and sun salutations followed by standing poses, seated forward and backward bends, wrapped up with a twist, yogic sleep, and ocean meditation. Pretty yummy. Ann-Marie trained at Integral Yoga and teaches breath awareness throughout the class.
