Jackie Boyle teaches Hatha yoga. In each class we will warm up our joints and muscles before leading into the main poses of class. Each week will focus on a new group of muscles designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body. Class will always incorporate a focus on the breath as we move through our poses. We will end class with a few moments of mindful stillness to take the beautiful energy we have created in our practice with us throughout the day.
