Pauline ShuPauline’s first foray into open water swimming was Grimaldo’s Mile 2006. She has spent many weekends at Brighton Beach since then, including some during the winter months (until she came to her senses). Through CIBBOWS, she has had the opportunity to swim with and learn from many tremendously accomplished swimmers in New York. She is constantly inspired by this wonderful community of swimmers.
When Pauline is not at the beach, she practices architecture professionally while dabbling in ceramics and learning the banjo on the side.
